Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 June 2026
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
Craeft (craeft.ai) is an online learning service operated by Will Larkin, an individual based in the United Kingdom ("Craeft", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Craeft, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Who can use Craeft
You must be 18 or over to use Craeft. By signing up you confirm you are.
3. What Craeft is — and isn't
Craeft helps you learn to use AI through short, practical exercises with AI-generated feedback. It is educational only.
- Not professional advice. Nothing in Craeft is medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. One exercise touches on wellbeing topics like sleep and stress — this is general educational content, not medical advice. For any health concern, please speak to your GP or a qualified professional.
- AI can get things wrong. The AI generates suggestions automatically and can be inaccurate or incomplete. Always read and check anything it produces before relying on or acting on it. You're responsible for how you use its output.
4. Your account
You sign in with a secure "magic link" sent to your email. Keep access to your email account secure, as anyone with it could access your Craeft account. Tell us promptly if you think your account has been misused.
5. Acceptable use
Please don't:
- use Craeft unlawfully, or to harm or harass others;
- enter other people's personal or sensitive information without their permission;
- try to break, overload, copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service;
- resell or commercially exploit the course without our permission.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the text you enter. By entering it, you give us permission to process it (including sending it to our AI provider) so we can give you feedback and run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Don't submit anything you don't have the right to share.
7. Our content
The Craeft course, its structure, text, design and branding belong to us (or our licensors). You may use them for your own learning, but not copy, redistribute, or build a competing product from them without our written permission.
8. Price
Craeft is currently free. If we introduce paid features in future, we'll set out the price and payment terms clearly before you pay, and update these Terms.
9. Availability
Craeft is provided "as is". It's an evolving service and we can't promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may change, pause, or withdraw features.
10. Our liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, and because Craeft is provided free for general educational purposes, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service or reliance on AI-generated content, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. If changes are significant, we'll update this page (and, where appropriate, let you know). Continuing to use Craeft means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Ending your use
You can stop using Craeft and ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may end or suspend access if you breach these Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
